Reservations :
Reservations can be made using this form. Reservations can also be made by fax (# 011 (506) 2643-3550), phone (# 011 (506) 2643-3194 ext: 220) or e-mail (

) indicating the quantity of persons (adults and child), the check in and check out date, the contact person and the e-mail address.

Changes or cancellations :
Changes and cancellations can be made by fax, phone or e-mail, indicating the reservation number.
3. We will answer your request within the 24 hours. For reservations we will include the payment time limit. Once the payment time limit has expired, Hotel Club del Mar won't guarantee the space availability.

Check in / out hoursCheck in time is on 2:00 PM
Check out time is on 12:00 PM
If the client does the check out after 2:00 PM Hotel Club del Mar will charge a 50% of one night of room rate.
5.
PetsPets are not permitted. Only guide dogs for blind person are allowed.
6.
Low and high season cancellationsCancellations made within the 48 hours before arrival or in the case of "No Show": a 1 night penalty will be billed.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival: no cancellation penalty will be applied.
7.
Holiday Seasons cancellations (Christmas, New Years and Easter Week):
All reservations must be prepaid in full 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made during this period are NOT REFUNDABLE. All reservations made inside this period must be prepaid in full at the time of reservation.
8.
Impossiblility of performance :
It is agreed that Hotel Club del Mar will be relieved of its obligations in the event of God, fire, flood, strike lockout, order from government authorities or any reasonable circumstances beyond its control.
